Basil

Promotes mental alertness and lessens anxious feelings when diffused. Increases sense of focus while studying or reading. Combine with Geranium and Wild Orange essential oils for an uplifting aromatic massage.

Bergamot

Both uplifting and calming, an ideal EO to help with anxious and sad feelings. Provides skin purifying benefits.

Cardamom

Helps to ease indigestion and maintain overall gastrointestinal health. Promotes clear breathing and respiratory health.

Cilantro

Powerful cleansing and detoxifying properties. Supports healthy immune and nervous system functions.

Clary Sage

One of the most relaxing, soothing, and balancing essential oils. Combine with Roman Chamomile and add to bath water for a stress-relieving bath. Diffuse or apply to pillow at night for a restful sleep.

Clove

Powerful antioxidant properties. Supports cardiovascular health. Helps clean teeth and gums. Add one drop to toothpaste to clean teeth and gums. Place one drop in two ounces of water and gargle for a soothing effect.

Eucalyptus

Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibiotic, natural insecticide, natural stimulant, antiviral, natural decongestant/expectorant. Use to treat heat exposure, heat exhaustion, heatstroke. Improves circulation.

Fennel

Promotes healthy metabolism, liver function, and circulation

Frankincense

Frankincense is known as the king of oils. When in doubt with what oil to choose-use Frankincense 😊 It is wonderful for mind & body as well as some hard hitting compromises in the immune system. Helps to soothe skin and provide a calming, balancing effect on emotions throughout the day. The go-to oil for skin.

Geranium

Promotes healthy, glowing skin and hair. Calms nerves and stress. Naturally repel insects.

Ginger

During a long car ride, diffuse or place a drop of ginger in the palm of your hand and inhale. Natural digestive aid to ease indigestion and nausea.

Grapefruit

Uplifts mood when diffused. Excellent cleansing and purifying oil. Use for clear, healthy-looking skin and a healthy metabolism. Diffuse to increase metabolism.

Helichrysum

Rejuvenates the skin while reducing the appearance of blemishes. Effectively reduces the appearance of wrinkles. I like to dilute with FCO and massage at the temples before bed.

Jasmine

A beautiful oil that assists with emotional balance and the hormone system in the body.

Lavendar

Natural pain reliever for sun burns, bug bites, bee stings, burns, bruises.

Lemon

Powerful cleansing agent that purifies the air and hard surfaces throughout the home. When added to water, Lemon provides a refreshing and healthy boost throughout the day. Uplifting and energizing when diffused.

Lemongrass

Promotes healthy digestion and acts as an overall tonic to the body’s systems when ingested. It’s also purifying and toning to the skin. Great to use as a massage oil after exercise.

Lime

I use Lime often in my water (always use a glass or stainless container when drinking citrus oils) It is also know to help with inflammation.

Marjoram

Calming properties on the nervous system when used internally. Supports both healthy cardiovascular and immune systems when ingested. Apply to the back of neck to de-stress. Relieves sore muscles after exercising.

Melaleuca (Tea Tree Oil)

Cleanse and purify the skin and nails. Promotes a healthy complexion and soothes mild skin irritations. Apply to bottom of feet with cotton ball for a cooling effect. Always dilute with carrier oil.

Myrrh

Powerful cleansing properties, especially for the mouth and throat. Soothing to the skin. Promotes emotional balance and well-being when diffused.

Oregano

Strong purifying properties and immune support. Excellent surface cleaner. Mixes well with other oils.

Peppermint

Naturally cooling on hot days, natural pain reliever, aids digestion and heart burn, anti-inflammatory, natural flea and tick repellant and will repel ants and rodents.

Roman Chamomile

Calming, soothing to the digestive system, anti-allergenic, antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic.

Rosemary

Offers support for healthy digestion and healthy respiratory function. Reduces nervous tension and fatigue.

Spearmint

Treats acne, sores and scars-apply topically to the area. Good for digestion.

Tangerine

Great for emotional balance-I love using it in my cooking! Grandkids love it in rice crispy treats.

Thyme

Wild Orange

Uplifts mind and body whlie purifying the air. Provides support for healthy immune system function. Can be used on surfaces as a natural cleaner. Blends well with other essential oils.

Wintergreen

Uplifting and stimulating when diffused. Has a warming effect when applied to skin and is excellent to use as a soothing massage.

YlangYlang

Ylang Ylang is used to lessen tension and stress and to promote a positive outlook. Ylang Ylang is frequently used in luxurious hair and skin products for its scent and nourishing and protective properties. Taken internally, Ylang Ylang provides antioxidant support. Ylang Ylang blends well with Bergamot, Geranium, Grapefruit, and Vetiver.
